Directories

Contact Wolf contains 3 separate Directories (Personal, Business, Custom) to allow you to organize your contact records efficiently by record type.
 
Selecting the Personal Directory by clicking on the Personal Directory Tab loads all Personal records. Likewise clicking the Business Directory Tab loads all Business records.
 
Records that are viewable are dependent on the Directory currently selected from the Directory Tab control.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Search results are also dependent on the Directory currently selected. To search for records in the Personal Directory you must have it selected. Likewise to search for records in the Business Directory it must be selected.
 
Each Directory structure is different in the information it can save. (The Personal and Custom directories are the same in structure.)
 
NOTE: Records added to the Personal Directory require a LAST NAME.
             Records added to the Business Directory require a COMPANY NAME.
             Records added to the Custom Directory require a LAST NAME.
