Enables/Disables directly editing text in the Comments Window in the main interface. If this option is Enabled the user can directly edit Comments for a record by simply clicking in the Comments window and typing. If this option is disabled the user must Edit the record and click on the Comments Tab to change or edit information in the Comments window.
