Contact Wolf can print one address repeatedly on all the labels or selected addresses that have been TAGGED on each individual label.
Contact Wolf supports most Avery label formats specified in the label formatting window. The label Type selected determines the number of labels printed per page and the label geometry.
To print one address on all the labels:
1) Click on the Print Options toolbar button
2) Select the "Print labels" option in the "What to print" group.
3) Click on the Format labels button
4) Select the LABEL TYPE by clicking on the down arrow next to the drop down menu and any other options to configure the label printing to your needs.
TIP: Normally you do not have to change the Margin Settings. Selecting an Avery Label type will automatically adjust the margins according to the geometry of the actual label.
5) In the "What to print on labels" group select the "Print one address on all labels" option.
6) Enter the Address to print on all the labels
7) Click on the Select labels font button to select the font used to print the labels.
8) Click the OK button to close the label formatting window
9) Click OK to close the Print Options window.
10) Click on the Print toolbar button
To print selected addresses (Tagged records) on individual labels :
1) Click on the Print Options toolbar button
2) Select the "Print labels" option in the "What to print" group. (see image above)
3) Click on the Format labels button
4) Select the LABEL TYPE by clicking on the down arrow next to the drop down menu and any other options to configure the label printing to your needs.
5) In the "What to print on labels" group select the "Print tagged records on labels" option. (see image above)
6) Click on the Select labels font button to select the font used to print the labels.
7) Click the OK button to close the label formatting window
8) Click OK to close the Print Options window.
9) Tag the records that you want included in the label printout. See TAGGING RECORDS Help topic
10) Click on the Print toolbar button
or select Menu option:
File > Print Preview
Click PRINT button
