Password protecting Directories
Directories (Personal, Business, Custom) can be individually Password Protected to restrict access to any contact records contained in the Directory.
If a Directory is Protected a Password will be required to open the Directory and view records.
To Password protect a Directory:
1) Select: Preferences -> Security -> Personal -> Password Protect (to protect the Personal Directory)
-> Business -> Password Protect (to protect the Business Directory)
-> Custom -> Password Protect (to protect the Custom Directory)
2) Enter the password twice to confirm protection of the Directory.
NOTE: Please do NOT forget the password
