The Export Mailing List option provides users with a way to export an email list of "Tagged records" to a text file that can be imported into a bulk emailing program ( Contact Wolf Pro has bulk emailing capability) . Multiple export format options are included.
Users should refer to their mailing list software to decide which of the Contact Wolf export formats are compatible.
To export an Email List:
1) Select records for inclusion to the emailing list by "Tagging" the records . Please refer to the Tagging a record Help topicfor more information.
2) After all records have been added to the Tagged record List click on the Export Mailing List toolbar button
3) Select the format for the email list text file
4) Click on the Select button to Specify the target text file name and path
5) Click on the OK button to export the file. The records that were "tagged" are exported in the format selected to a text file with a file name and path specified by the user. The exported file can then be imported into a mass mailing program.
